Happy hour, anyone?! There is plenty to do around town for the evening. In Old Town Helotes alone you can walk to at least 6 different locations within 8 minutes…YES, 8 minutes of each other. If you feel like a glass of wine inside, or a bottle of wine outside, or even a beer with some live music, you can find it here and sometimes even from the same seat.
Each location has its own ambiance and charm and you can read about some by clicking on the map below. But, do not think that is all there is to do. Cooter Browns and Stout house are only a few miles down Bandera Rd right before 1604.
If you do not want to leave to kiddos behind some of these locations are outside and kids are welcome. For example, every Sunday Floore’s Country Store is for the family. If live music, good food and dancing are on the agenda you found the location. If that’s not your cup of tea then try the outdoor movies at the Helotes Park or indoor movie at Silverado 16 Movie Theater.
