Dickens on Main is a Boerne Christmas event held the Friday and Saturday following Thanksgiving for all ages on Main St of Boerne. They transform Main St, making it full of music, lights and the Christmas spirit. Walk down the street with locals and visitors to see the booths and activities set up for you and the kids to enjoy.
The stores stay open to shop for Christmas presents and other vendors are set up outside. When its still light outside you have the beauty of this old fashion town with winter/fall color trees. Then, when it gets dark, you have the Christmas lights bring it to a whole new level of beauty.
Some other fun activities, besides the crafts and food booths, are spotting Santa and riding the choo-choo train.
Then they can make their own masterpieces of different arts and crafts projects to take home.
Kids can stop by one area and be bombarded with “snow”(bubbles) or you can go and have an actual snow fight, of course, self made snow blown in.
