Aspen Creek Grill is a must try! I have been going for years and I was afraid COVID would take another great restaurant out, but it is going strong. Conveniently located right off of 1604 inside the loop on Bandera Rd and I have never had to wait long for a table. During lunch time I have never waited and they are very efficient.
One of the must knows about Aspen Creek is they have a electronic pad as you are walking in at the hostest stand. SIGN UP! Every time you stop in, enter your phone number and they text you a coupon to use that day. Some coupons are $10 off but you may have to wait every 3 visits or so. But it is still worth it!

So… you can say I have been to Aspen Creek a few times. One of my daughter’s favorites is Cheddars and I would compare it to that. They both have the Monte Cristo, Tenders and Pasta Jambalaya that are always winners.
I have enjoyed all that I have tried but I do have my favorites. It is nice to know when I go I can still have options for that day. The Mile High Meatloaf is amazing but it does have a kick to it cause it has peppers baked inside. So if you do not like spicy I do not recommend.
I recently tried the Spicy Salad with Fajita Sirloin and Veggies (no picture till next time LOL) and I have to say I am already craving it again. So if you are not in the mood for the hometown food of mash potatoes and steaks this is a favorite now!
I have watched the servers pass by with plenty of hamburgers, and may seem appetizing, but I just love so many other options so far that I will probably have to go twice in the same week to try one.
